India hosted the International Fleet Review (IFR-2026) and Exercise MILAN-2026 at Visakhapatnam from February 15-25, 2026. India's first indigenous aircraft carrier INS Vikrant was the centre of attraction, showcasing India's naval manufacturing capabilities. Over 50 navies participated in the multilateral exercise, making it one of the largest maritime events hosted by India. The event included operational drills, humanitarian assistance exercises, and a spectacular display of naval assets. Defence Minister reviewed the fleet from INS Vikrant. The exercise underscored India's role as a net security provider in the Indian Ocean Region.
