The Rajasthan government launched two significant initiatives in December 2025 under Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. First, the 'e-Swasthya Samvad' digital platform was unveiled to strengthen governance, transparency, and coordination within the state's medical education system. Launched under Medical Education Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar, the platform creates a digital interface for all stakeholders in medical education, facilitating efficient decision-making and programme implementation through bi-weekly video conferences. According to Principal Secretary Gayatri Rathore, the platform allows officials, medical college administrators, and faculty to collaborate digitally, reducing delays in policy communication and improving accountability across Rajasthan's government medical colleges. Second, the state organised a 'Rozgar Utsav' (Employment Festival) in December 2025 under which 20,000 young candidates across different government departments received appointment letters. Chief Minister Sharma handed appointment letters to youth at the event, affirming the government's commitment to filling 1.25 lakh government posts as part of its broader employment drive. The Rozgar Utsav underlines the BJP government's effort to demonstrate transparent, merit-based recruitment under the mission to eliminate paper leak incidents that had previously plagued Rajasthan's recruitment processes under prior administrations.
