Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma launched the Sahkar Membership Campaign on October 2, 2025 in Jaipur, aimed at strengthening the cooperative movement across the state. The campaign runs from October 2 to October 15, with camps organized at around 8,300 PACS (Primary Agricultural Credit Societies) levels.

The state has set a target to increase the number of cooperative societies by 10%. New PACS will be established in 2,158 gram panchayats where none currently exist. Over 7.7 million farmers have received interest-free crop loans worth ₹42,765 crore. The CM handed over certificates to new Village Service Cooperative Societies and land allotment certificates to landless village cooperatives.
