India hosted the United Nations Troop Contributing Countries (UNTCC) Chiefs' Conclave 2025 in New Delhi from October 14-16, marking the first time the Indian Army led such a global forum. India has been one of the largest troop contributors, deploying over 3,00,000 personnel across 50 missions since independence.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh presented the '4 Cs' framework — Consultation, Cooperation, Coordination, and Capacity Building — for modernising peacekeeping operations. India proposed the 'BlueSky Peacekeeping Commons' platform for shared security data, alongside integration of UAS doctrine, AI-enabled logistics, and drone systems. The conclave drew military chiefs from over 40 troop-contributing nations.
