FAQ
Where do these REET cutoff numbers come from?
The Level-2 Maths & Science row is sourced from the official RSSB result PDF dated 07-Jun-2023, which we link under each row. Hindi (Language) and Social Studies rows are currently compiled from aggregator summaries of the same RSSB cycle and are marked as pending a primary-source PDF pull. We will never publish a fabricated cutoff.
Are 2024 or 2025 cutoffs available?
No clean public release for the 2024 or 2025 REET Mains cycles has been issued yet. RSSB Mains 2025 has notified 7,123 vacancies; cutoffs will follow the next written round. This page will be refreshed when RSSB publishes new result PDFs.
Is this the same as REET (eligibility)?
No. REET (conducted by RBSE) is an eligibility exam with a fixed qualifying floor — 60% for GEN, 55% for most reserved categories, out of 150. The rank-ordered cutoff that decides teacher appointments is the RSSB Grade-3 / "REET Mains" paper on 300 marks. The tables above refer to that RSSB Grade-3 recruitment cycle.
How does current affairs affect the cutoff?
Roughly 18-25% of the 300-mark RSSB Grade-3 paper is current-affairs-sensitive (Rajasthan GK, state schemes, education-policy updates). Category-to-category cutoff gaps often fit inside that window — e.g. GEN vs OBC SST cutoff differed by just 5.6 marks in 2023.
