Last updated: 25 April 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Aspirant Academy website, Android app, and related services. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and delete your account.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account. If you are between thirteen and seventeen, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf. We do not allow accounts for users under thirteen.
2. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your phone number active and your one-time-password verification flow secure.
- Do not share your account, do not impersonate another aspirant, and do not create multiple accounts to abuse referral or trial credits.
3. Plans, pricing, and refunds
- All prices on the app are in Indian rupees and are GST-exclusive — every rupee amount you see is followed by "+18% GST", which is added at checkout in line with the Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017.
- Plans currently offered: RAS Prelims (₹499 launch / ₹1,499 list), Prelims+Mains (₹1,499 launch / ₹3,499 list), Prelims→P+M upgrade (₹1,000), single-paper evaluation (₹99). Content bundles: Current Affairs monthly ₹30, full ₹99, quarterly ₹199, REET Crashpass ₹499. All prices add 18% GST at checkout. Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed duration; no auto-renewal, no recurring billing.
- Plans are non-refundable for the unused period once activated. If you delete your account, no refund is issued for any active plan; delete with intent. See our full Refund Policy at /refund for the rules covering plans, single-paper evaluations, and content bundles.
- For genuine billing or technical disputes, email support@aspirant.academy with your Razorpay order ID. We respond within five working days; approved refunds processed within seven working days per the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror, or redistribute our content (MCQs, study notes, current-affairs articles, mains evaluations).
- Do not attempt to bypass plan gates, exploit referral logic, or reverse-engineer our APIs.
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, or content that infringes another's rights when submitting mains answers or images.
5. Content ownership
- We own the questions, study notes, current-affairs summaries, and any AI-evaluated feedback we send you. You may use them for personal study; you may not republish them.
- You retain ownership of mains answers you write into the app, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to evaluate, score, store, and surface them back to you.
6. Service availability
- We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Razorpay, Firebase, Google Cloud), or force majeure events may temporarily restrict access. We do not refund for short outages.
7. Disclaimer
- Aspirant Academy is a study aid. We make no guarantee that using our app will result in your selection in RAS, REET, or any other exam. Selection depends on RPSC / Government of Rajasthan / RBSE policies, your effort, and many factors outside our control.
- Current-affairs summaries and study notes are best-effort, sourced from public information. Always cross-verify time-sensitive facts (dates, amounts, schemes) with the original government source before quoting them in an answer.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of selection in an exam, loss of preparation time, or loss of expected income.
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or by emailing support@aspirant.academy.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice where reasonable. Active plan time on a terminated account is non-refundable.
