Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Diya Kumari presented the Rajasthan Budget 2026-27 in the state assembly on February 11, 2026, with a total outlay of approximately ₹6.11 lakh crore. The budget, themed around 'Viksit Rajasthan', set a target to grow the state's economy to ₹21 lakh crore and generate 1 lakh new jobs in the financial year.

Key sectoral allocations: Under youth and employment, the Chief Minister Self-Employment Scheme was expanded to offer interest-free loans of up to ₹10 lakh with subsidies, targeting 1 lakh youth. New Techno Hubs were announced at a cost of ₹30 crore and a 'Dream Programme' for 50,000 college students was unveiled. In infrastructure, the budget allocated development of 42,000 km of roads with 250 Atal Pragati Paths at ₹500 crore. Work orders worth ₹24,000 crore were issued for drinking water projects with 3 lakh new tap connections and 6,500 villages to be connected under the 'Har Ghar Nal' scheme. In industrial development, new industrial parks worth ₹350 crore were announced along with 3,600 hectares in the Jodhpur-Pali-Marwar industrial corridor at ₹600 crore over two years.

The budget also announced enhanced allocations for agriculture (solar pumps, precision farming, dairy), social empowerment schemes for women and tribals, and expansion of digital infrastructure. This budget is the second by Finance Minister Diya Kumari under the Bhajanlal Sharma government and reflects the BJP-led government's priorities for the remaining tenure.
