Khelo India University Games 2025 Announced for Rajasthan: November 24 to December 5
Sports Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya announced that the 5th Khelo India University Games (KIUG) 2025 will be held across seven Rajasthan cities — Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Kota, and Bharatpur — from November 24 to December 5, 2025. Rajasthan hosts KIUG for the first time.
A total of 4,448 athletes from 222 universities competed in 23 medal sports, with kho-kho as a demonstration event. Beach volleyball, canoeing/kayaking, and cycling are being introduced for the first time.
