Under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 exercise announced by Chief Electoral Officer Navin Mahajan, the Election Commission of India's daily bulletin showed 100% digitisation of Rajasthan's SIR enumeration forms. The bulletin verified enumeration-form distribution and digitisation; final voter verification, roll correction, and roll publication were separate follow-up stages.

The SIR is a nationwide programme conducted by the Election Commission of India (ECI) to update and verify voter lists, remove duplicates or deceased voters, enroll new voters, and ensure voter data is correctly mapped. The 5.46 crore figure was an enumeration-stage base; the final SIR rolls for Rajasthan included 5,15,19,929 electors after the revision process.
