Objective: Develop 100 world-class plug-and-play industrial parks across all States and UTs to accelerate manufacturing-led economic growth. Budget: Rs 33,660 crore total outlay over 6 years (FY 2026-27 to FY 2031-32). Key Features: - Parks of 100-1,000 acres with core infrastructure (roads, drainage, ICT, utilities), value-added facilities (factory sheds, testing labs, warehousing), and social infrastructure (worker housing, amenities). - Up to Rs 1 crore per acre Central financial support; 25% for external connectivity infrastructure. - Projects selected via 'challenge mode' prioritising investment-ready proposals. - Aligned with PM GatiShakti multimodal connectivity; green energy and underground utility corridors. - Single-window clearance; pre-approved environmental and regulatory clearances. Implementing Agency: NICDC (National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation) under DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Beneficiaries: Manufacturing units, MSMEs, startups, global investors, local communities. Expected Outcomes: ~15 lakh direct jobs, FDI attraction, strengthened domestic value chains in semiconductors, electronics, defence, and textiles.

उद्देश्य: सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में 100 विश्व-स्तरीय प्लग-एंड-प्ले औद्योगिक पार्कों का विकास कर विनिर्माण-आधारित आर्थिक विकास को गति देना। बजट: 6 वर्षों (FY 2026-27 से FY 2031-32) में कुल 33,660 करोड़ रुपये का परिव्यय। मुख्य विशेषताएँ: - 100-1,000 एकड़ के पार्क; मूल अवसंरचना (सड़कें, जल निकासी, ICT), मूल्य-वर्धित सुविधाएँ (फैक्टरी शेड, परीक्षण प्रयोगशालाएँ, भंडारण) और सामाजिक अवसंरचना (श्रमिक आवास)। - प्रति एकड़ 1 करोड़ रुपये तक केंद्रीय सहायता; बाहरी कनेक्टिविटी के लिए 25%। - 'चैलेंज मोड' से परियोजना चयन; PM गतिशक्ति से जुड़ाव। - एकल-खिड़की मंजूरी; पूर्व-अनुमोदित पर्यावरणीय और नियामकीय स्वीकृतियाँ। कार्यान्वयन: DPIIT, वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय के तहत NICDC। लाभार्थी: विनिर्माण इकाइयाँ, MSME, स्टार्टअप, वैश्विक निवेशक। अपेक्षित परिणाम: ~15 लाख प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार, FDI आकर्षण, सेमीकंडक्टर, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, रक्षा और वस्त्र क्षेत्रों में घरेलू मूल्य श्रृंखला मजबूत।
