Thailand's Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya concluded her four-day state visit to Rajasthan on February 10, 2026. The princess arrived in Jaipur on February 6 on a special flight, with elaborate security arrangements by Rajasthan Police and CISF, and was a state guest hosted by the Rajasthan government.

During her stay, the Thai Royal visited key heritage landmarks including Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Tripolia Bazaar in Jaipur, followed by visits to Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, and Jaswant Thada in Jodhpur. After concluding her Rajasthan itinerary, she proceeded to Agra as a state guest of the Uttar Pradesh government for a visit to the Taj Mahal.

Princess Sirivannavari is an internationally recognised luxury fashion designer, a Major in the Royal Thai Army, and an accomplished equestrian. Her visit underscores the deep cultural and diplomatic ties between Thailand and India, particularly through shared Buddhist heritage and royal tourism. For Rajasthan, such high-profile royal visits boost heritage tourism and reinforce the state's position as a world-class cultural destination. India-Thailand bilateral trade stands at approximately USD 15 billion and the relationship is anchored in India's Act East Policy.
