The Rising Rajasthan Partnership Conclave 2025, hosted by the Industries Department of the Government of Rajasthan, was held on December 11–12, 2025, in Jaipur. The conclave served as the follow-up to the landmark Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit (December 2024), at which MoUs worth several lakh crore were signed. By March 2025 (IMPACT 1.0 event), the Rajasthan government had announced that grounding of MoUs worth ₹3.08 lakh crore had already commenced. The 2025 Partnership Conclave focused on building new government-business partnerships, showcasing the socio-economic impact of investments, and facilitating dialogue with global thought leaders on emerging technologies, innovation, and global trade. Investment partnerships were facilitated across infrastructure, utility services, mining, Information Technology, deep-tech, skilling, BFSI, Global Capability Centres (GCC), health, education, and nutrition sectors. The conclave also highlighted Rajasthan's reformed Ease of Doing Business environment — including single-window clearances, simplified licensing norms, and sector-specific investment incentives — positioning the state as one of India's leading investment destinations. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma emphasized Rajasthan's strategic locational advantage, abundant mineral wealth, and renewable energy potential as key drivers of the investment story.
