Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025: India's Largest School Hackathon Engages 1 Crore Students
The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, and AICTE, launched the Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025, engaging over 1 crore students from Classes 6-12 across India. Each team of 3-5 students with a teacher-mentor builds prototypes around four themes: Atmanirbhar Bharat (indigenous solutions), Swadeshi (traditional knowledge revival), Vocal for Local (local crafts and products), and Samriddhi (sustainable prosperity).
