India Maritime Week 2025 (IMW 2025), held at NESCO Grounds, Mumbai from October 27–31, 2025, hosted the 4th Global Maritime India Summit (GMIS 2025) under the theme 'Uniting Oceans, One Maritime Vision'. The event attracted over 1,00,000 participants from 85+ countries, with 500+ exhibitors and 350+ speakers. More than 600 MoUs worth over ₹10 lakh crore were executed, covering port modernisation, green shipping, shipbuilding, and digital transformation. Inaugurated by Union Home Minister Amit Shah with Chief Ministers of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Odisha, PM Modi addressed a special plenary session and chaired a Global CEO Forum on October 29. Key focus areas include India's ambition to become a top-five shipbuilding nation by 2030 and a global Blue Economy leader.
