Two Jury Awards went to Palsana Gram Panchayat in Surat District, Gujarat (QR/UPI-based property tax payments, over 10,000 citizens served annually) and Suakati Gram Panchayat in Kendujhar District, Odisha (24/7 citizen access via OdishaOne and Seva Odisha).
