The total outlay stands at ₹6,10,956.30 crore, reflecting a deficit of ₹24,313 crore.

Key announcements include: (1) Under the Chief Minister Self-Employment Scheme, interest-free loans of up to ₹10 lakh with subsidies for 30,000 youth; (2) Development of 42,000 km of roads and 250 Atal Pragati Paths at a cost of ₹500 crore; (3) Establishment of Rajasthan State Testing Agency (RSTA) modelled on the National Testing Agency to conduct state examinations including online tests; (4) ₹20,000 e-vouchers for Class 10 and 12 meritorious students to purchase laptops; (5) New industrial parks at ₹350 crore and 3,600 hectares to be developed in the Jodhpur-Pali-Marwar industrial region at ₹600 crore over two years; (6) Work orders worth ₹24,000 crore for drinking water projects, connecting 6,500 villages under the 'Har Ghar Nal' scheme; and (7) An 8th Pay Commission implementation committee for state employees. The budget projects Rajasthan's economy at ₹21 lakh crore and aims to create 1 lakh jobs.
