Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma presided over the Hariyalo Rajasthan Environment Conclave held in Jaipur on December 18, 2025, themed 'The Roadmap from Green Budget to Green Economy – 2030 and Beyond'. The conclave brought together policymakers, environmentalists, industry representatives, and community leaders to chart Rajasthan's green development trajectory. CM Sharma highlighted that under the Hariyalo Rajasthan campaign, approximately 20 crore saplings have been planted over the past two years, with a survival rate exceeding 90% — significantly higher than the earlier average of 50–60% — attributed to improved water harvesting and community ownership. The conclave focused on Rajasthan's Green Budget initiative, the state's Climate Action Plan-2030, deployment of continuous air quality monitoring centres, and mobile monitoring vans across the state. The Chief Minister released the 'My Life – Sustainable Lifestyle for Environment' poster, aligned with the Union Government's LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment) mission. The state government also announced the operationalisation of its Circular Economy Incentive Scheme-2025, with authorised units for safe disposal of e-waste, plastic waste, and battery waste. Rajasthan's CM drew on the state's cultural traditions of conservation — including the Bishnoi community's centuries-old wildlife protection ethos — as indigenous models for environmental stewardship. CM Sharma asserted that Rajasthan aims to be a national leader not only in economic development but also in environmental conservation.
