The Rajasthan government organised the 'Rising Rajasthan' Partnership Conclave 2025 on December 9–10, 2025, as a follow-up to the landmark Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit held in December 2024, in which MoUs worth ₹35 lakh crore were signed. The two-day conclave was held in Jaipur and aimed to convert investment commitments into grounded projects. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma presided over the event, which brought together global investors, industry leaders, multilateral organisations, and policymakers. The conclave facilitated partnerships across infrastructure, IT, deep-tech, skilling, mining, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), GCC (Global Capability Centres), and social sectors including health, education, and nutrition. Separately, December 10 was designated as the first-ever Pravasi Rajasthani Diwas — a landmark initiative to connect the global Rajasthani diaspora with their home state and channel their investments, expertise, and cultural ties toward Rajasthan's development. The government also instituted the Pravasi Rajasthani Samman Awards (PRSA) to honour distinguished members of the diaspora. The event was preceded by investor roadshows at Delhi, Hyderabad, Surat, Kolkata, and an international roadshow in the UAE. Rajasthan's government set a target of grounding ₹9 lakh crore of the ₹35 lakh crore MoU pipeline by December 2025. The conclave underlined the state's efforts to transform its image from a tourism-dependent economy to a diversified industrial and investment destination under the BJP government led by Bhajanlal Sharma since December 2023.
