The 7th NSA-level meeting of the Colombo Security Conclave was held at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan, New Delhi on November 20, 2025, chaired by India's NSA Ajit Doval. Seychelles officially joined as a full member, expanding the group to seven members: India, Maldives, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Seychelles.

Malaysia joined as a Guest Country for the first time, reflecting growing interest in the Conclave's Indo-Pacific security role. Seychelles' inclusion strengthens the geographic coverage of maritime domain awareness in the western Indian Ocean and enhances anti-piracy and anti-smuggling efforts. The Conclave discussed maritime security, counter-terrorism, cyber security, and humanitarian assistance.
