The Government of Rajasthan inaugurated the Rising Rajasthan Partnership Conclave 2025 in Jaipur on December 11–12, 2025, a two-day event hosted by the Industries Department as a follow-up to the landmark Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024 held in December 2024. The 2024 Summit had facilitated the signing of investment proposals worth ₹35 lakh crore across sectors including infrastructure, IT, green energy, tourism, MSME, mining, and social sectors. At the earlier IMPACT 1.0 (March 2025), the government confirmed that MoUs worth ₹3.08 lakh crore had commenced grounding on the ground. The 2025 Partnership Conclave focused on: (1) city-to-city partnerships, (2) state-to-state investment linkages, (3) industry-to-industry collaboration, and (4) showcasing Rajasthan's socio-economic progress and business reforms. Key sectors highlighted: infrastructure and utility services, IT/deep-tech, skilling, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), GCC (Global Capability Centre), health, education, and nutrition. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma chaired the conclave, reiterating the vision of a Developed Rajasthan by 2047 aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047. The conclave showcased Rajasthan's Ease of Doing Business reforms, including single-window clearance under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS), and the state's improving industrial infrastructure. This event is significant for RPSC RAS as it covers Rajasthan's economic development, investment policy, industrial growth, and the state's role in achieving India's USD 5 trillion economy target.
