The 5th edition of the India-Malaysia bilateral military Exercise Harimau Shakti 2025 commenced at the Mahajan Field Firing Range in Rajasthan on December 5, running until December 18, 2025. The exercise aims to enhance interoperability in counter-terrorism and peacekeeping scenarios under Chapter VII of the UN mandate.

The Indian Army is represented by 120 personnel from the Dogra Regiment, while Malaysia has deployed 70 troops from the 25th Battalion of the Royal Malaysian Army. Training includes cordon and search operations, raid and destroy missions, heliborne insertions, drone and counter-UAS measures, securing helipads, and casualty evacuation. The curriculum also features Army Martial Arts Routine, combat reflex shooting, and Yoga.
