REET Eligibility Checker
Check REET Level 1 and Level 2 eligibility against your qualification and category. Rules follow the latest RBSE REET notification. This is a first-pass check, not an official decision.
Frequently asked questions
What qualifications make me eligible for REET Level 2?
A Bachelor degree plus B.Ed (completed or in final year), or a Bachelor degree plus D.El.Ed, as per the RBSE REET notification. A D.El.Ed alone typically qualifies you for Level 1, not Level 2.
What is the qualifying percentage for REET?
RBSE uses 60% for general-category candidates and 55% for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and women candidates as the qualifying mark on the REET paper. Exact relaxations are confirmed in the official notification each cycle.
Does this tool cover every special case?
No. This tool covers common direct-recruitment cases. It does not model every special case such as ex-servicemen relaxations, reservists, or candidates with non-standard equivalent qualifications. Always cross-check with the latest RBSE notification.
Is the final-year appearance rule fixed?
Most recent REET cycles have allowed final-year B.Ed or D.El.Ed candidates to appear provisionally. The exact rule can change per cycle; confirm with the current RBSE REET notification.
