**Objective:** Empower women entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) by providing concessional loans and subsidies for setting up or expanding enterprises. **Loan Limits:** - Individual women entrepreneurs: up to Rs 50 lakh - SHG clusters/federations: up to Rs 1 crore (enhanced in Budget 2026-27 from Rs 50 lakh) **Key Features:** - 25% subsidy on sanctioned loan amount (30% for SC/ST/OBC/Divyang women) - Extended till FY 2028-29 - Loans of Rs 150 crore already sanctioned through 1,186 applications - Complemented by Rs 100 crore Rural Women BPO initiative at district level - Lakhpati Didi loan ceiling raised to Rs 1.5 lakh - Raj Sakhi Stores at divisional headquarters for SHG product marketing **Eligibility:** Women entrepreneurs aged 18+ who are residents of Rajasthan; SHGs registered in the state. **Beneficiaries:** Women entrepreneurs, women-led SHGs, SHG clusters and federations. **Implementing Agency:** Rajasthan Department of Women and Child Development. **Loan limit enhanced:** Rajasthan Budget 2026-27 (February 11, 2026).
