Syllabus boundary
Stay inside the official anchor: meaning and purposes of assessment, measurement and evaluation, comprehensive and continuous evaluation, and construction of achievement test. Avoid adding unsupported policy claims, fake PYQ trends or school-administration detail outside the grounding.
Classroom use
Assessment should improve teaching-learning. A strong MCQ option uses evidence, feedback and follow-up. A weak option treats a written test as the only possible assessment tool.
Teacher reasoning checks
For REET, the teacher's reasoning should start from the learning objective. If the objective is to distinguish rights and duties, the tool should collect evidence for that distinction. A score is useful only when the teacher interprets it and plans feedback. Evaluation should not happen before the concept is taught, and an achievement test should not reward confusing wording.
