Minister for Women and Child Development Diya Kumari announced that Anganwadi workers and newly appointed supervisors in Rajasthan will receive IT training to support their technology-enabled tasks. The training emphasizes mobile-based applications for monitoring and service delivery under the Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 scheme.

The minister directed officials to accelerate the development of Anganwadi centres, focusing on improving infrastructure such as toilets, drinking water, and electrification. The initiative targets Anganwadi assistants, workers, supervisors, and other officials across Rajasthan. The Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme, launched on October 2, 1975, provides early childhood care for children (0-6 years), pregnant women, and lactating mothers, and uses the Poshan Tracker for real-time data monitoring.
