The Rajasthan Education Department announced a comprehensive four-part action plan to strengthen foundational literacy and enhance educational quality in government schools, aligned with NEP 2020. Schools will be classified as Gold, Silver, and Bronze based on test results and sports achievements.

Key initiatives include: digital attendance monitoring, timely textbook distribution within one month of academic year start, video seminars on emotional and ethical learning, two question banks for board exams, a new teacher transfer policy prioritizing student performance, and monthly parent-teacher meetings. High-performing secondary students will be identified for competitive exam preparation with study materials and reimbursement support.
