Why This Topic Is Critical for RPSC 2026

Topic 95 is the highest-priority topic in Paper III — tested in all five exam years (2013–2023) with an average of 9.0 marks per exam. It is the factual and institutional core of polity: the Union Executive (President, VP, PM, Council of Ministers) and Parliament.

RPSC has previously asked about the electoral college, presidential veto, Council of Ministers' collective responsibility, Money Bills, parliamentary devices, and Rajya Sabha's special powers.
