- 23 अगस्त 2025 को मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा की अध्यक्षता में राजस्थान मंत्रिमंडल द्वारा अनुमोदित - अधिसूचना तिथि से 31 मार्च 2029 तक मान्य - कोष निधि: 150 करोड़ रुपये - नए स्टार्टअप या मौजूदा व्यवसाय विस्तार के लिए 2 करोड़ रुपये तक व्यावसायिक ऋण - वितरित ऋण राशि पर 8% ब्याज सब्सिडी - महिलाओं, SC, ST, दिव्यांग, बुनकर, शिल्पकार और ग्रामीण उद्यमों के लिए अतिरिक्त 1% ब्याज सब्सिडी - मार्जिन मनी सहायता: परियोजना लागत का 25% या अधिकतम 5 लाख रुपये - पात्रता: 18-45 वर्ष आयु के युवा - उद्देश्य: सब्सिडी वाले बैंक ऋणों के माध्यम से युवाओं में स्वरोजगार और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा - पूरे राजस्थान राज्य में लागू

- Approved by Rajasthan Cabinet on 23 August 2025 under CM Bhajanlal Sharma - Valid from notification date until 31 March 2029 - Corpus fund: Rs 150 crore - Business loans up to Rs 2 crore for new startups or expansion of existing businesses - 8% interest subsidy on disbursed loan amount - Additional 1% interest subsidy for women, SC, ST, Disabled, Bunkar, Shilpkar, and rural enterprises - Margin money support: 25% of project cost or max Rs 5 lakh - Eligibility: Youth aged 18-45 years - Objective: Promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among youth through subsidised bank loans - Implemented across the entire state of Rajasthan

• Business loans up to Rs 2 crore for new startups or expansion of existing businesses; valid until 31 March 2029
• 8% interest subsidy on disbursed loan amount; additional 1% for women, SC, ST, Disabled, Bunkar, Shilpkar, and rural enterprises
• Margin money support of 25% of project cost or maximum Rs 5 lakh provided to entrepreneurs
• Eligibility: Youth aged 18-45 years; permanent resident of Rajasthan
• Objective is to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among youth through subsidised bank loans across Rajasthan
