विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र (संशोधन) नियम, 2025 — सेमीकंडक्टर और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स प्रोत्साहन

वाणिज्य विभाग ने 3 जून 2025 (G.S.R. 364(E)) को SEZ संशोधन नियम अधिसूचित किए, SEZ में सेमीकंडक्टर निर्माण के लिए भूमि आवश्यकताएं और मानदंड आसान किए। मुख्य बिंदु: • सेमीकंडक्टर/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स SEZ के लिए न्यूनतम भूमि 50 से घटाकर 10 हेक्टेयर • लागू: सेमीकंडक्टर, डिस्प्ले मॉड्यूल, PCB, Li-ion सेल, मोबाइल/IT हार्डवेयर • नियम 7: सरकारी पट्टे वाली भूमि के लिए बोर्ड भार-मुक्त शर्त में छूट दे सकता है • माइक्रोन (सानंद, गुजरात): ₹13,000 करोड़ निवेश • एक्वस ग्रुप (धारवाड़, कर्नाटक): ₹100 करोड़ निवेश • भारत सेमीकंडक्टर मिशन के लक्ष्यों का समर्थन
