**उद्देश्य:** व्यवसायों, उद्योगों और स्टार्टअप्स को परिपत्र अर्थव्यवस्था प्रथाओं को अपनाने, अपशिष्ट को कम करने और संसाधन उपयोग को अधिकतम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना। **बजट:** पुनर्चक्रण/पुन: उपयोग में R&D के लिए 2 करोड़ रुपये तक का अनुदान। **प्रमुख विशेषताएं:** - पुनर्चक्रण और अपशिष्ट कमी पर केंद्रित पात्र परियोजनाओं के लिए वित्तीय और गैर-वित्तीय प्रोत्साहन - अपशिष्ट को प्राथमिक कच्चे माल के रूप में उपयोग करने वाली विनिर्माण इकाइयां प्रोत्साहन के लिए पात्र - परिपत्र अर्थव्यवस्था का समर्थन करने वाली नवीन मशीनरी/प्रौद्योगिकी का निर्माण - परिपत्र अर्थव्यवस्था अनुसंधान में विशेषज्ञ उत्कृष्टता केंद्र (CoEs) और संस्थान - परिपत्र अर्थव्यवस्था में लगे स्टार्टअप्स और MSMEs के लिए ब्याज सब्सिडी - सभी जिला मुख्यालयों पर वेस्ट टू वेल्थ पार्क स्थापित किए जाएंगे **पात्रता:** मानदंड पूरा करने वाली नई और विस्तार इकाइयां। **लाभार्थी:** राजस्थान में MSMEs, स्टार्टअप्स, उद्योग और अनुसंधान संस्थान। **कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी:** राजस्थान राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड / पर्यावरण विभाग। **अधिसूचित:** 2025, राजस्थान बजट 2025-26 (19 फरवरी, 2025) में घोषित।
