Syllabus boundary

The official REET Level 2 Social Studies anchor is Geography and resources of India. The overlay should cover India at school level: physical regions, climate, vegetation/wildlife, projects/resources, agriculture/industries/transportation, population, public amenities, development and consumer awareness where listed in the content-gap map. Avoid adding current data claims unless a reviewed source supports the exact claim.

Classroom use

Use a two-map activity. Give learners a simple physical map of India and a thematic map showing rainfall, agriculture or transport. Ask them to note two patterns and one question.
