Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Diya Kumari presented the Rajasthan Budget 2026-27 in the state assembly on February 11, 2026, with a total outlay of ₹6,10,956 crore. The state's Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) was projected at ₹21.52 lakh crore for FY27, with a fiscal deficit of 3.69%.

Key announcements include: Under the Chief Minister Jal Jeevan Mission Scheme, 6,500 villages will receive tap water connections with an expenditure of ₹4,500 crore; solar parks aggregating 4,830 MW will be developed in Bikaner and Jaisalmer with ₹3,000 crore for enabling infrastructure; 42,000 km of roads will be developed across the state; interest-free loans of up to ₹10 lakh will be extended to 30,000 youth under the Chief Minister Self-Employment Scheme; meritorious students of Classes 10 and 12 will receive ₹20,000 e-vouchers to purchase laptops; a Rajasthan Testing Agency (RTA) will be established on lines of the National Testing Agency (NTA); and vocational education will commence in 500 new schools from the 2026-27 session.

The budget also proposes affordable housing for 28 lakh families, ₹100 crore for CCTV installation on safer roads, and 1,000 youth to be trained in Japanese, Korean, French, German, and English languages for international job readiness. New AI and technology centres are proposed for Ajmer, Kota, and Bharatpur.
