Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Diya Kumari presented the Rajasthan State Budget 2026-27 on February 11, 2026, in the State Legislative Assembly, dedicating it to 'Service, Security and Good Governance.' The total budget outlay stands at ₹6,10,956 crore, with a revenue deficit of ₹24,313 crore. The budget projects Rajasthan's economy at ₹21 lakh crore in 2026-27, marking a 41.39% expansion over the previous government's tenure, with per capita income rising from ₹1.68 lakh to ₹2.02 lakh.

Employment and Youth: 1 lakh new government jobs announced across education, health, police, and other sectors. A Rajasthan Testing Agency (RTA) will be established on the lines of NTA to conduct examinations including online tests. 400 schools will be developed as RISE (Rajasthan Innovative Schools of Excellence) at ₹1,000 crore with smart classrooms and modern labs.

Infrastructure: Development of 42,000 km of roads; 16,430 km of new roads to be constructed. Work orders worth ₹24,000 crore issued for drinking water projects, with 6,450 villages to be covered under 'Har Ghar Nal' scheme (₹4,500 crore). ₹32,000 crore allocated for the Yamuna water project in the Shekhawati region.

Energy: Solar parks in Bikaner and Jaisalmer worth ₹2,950 crore; AI-based real-time monitoring at Ajmer Discom.

Agriculture: ₹25,000 crore interest-free short-term loans to farmers; Kisan Samman Nidhi payments increasing to ₹12,000 progressively. New industrial parks at ₹350 crore; 3,600 hectares developed in Jodhpur-Pali-Marwar industrial region at ₹600 crore over two years.
