India Skills Report 2026: Employability Rises to 56.35%; Women Surpass Men for First Time
The 13th India Skills Report 2026, released by ETS in partnership with CII, AICTE, AIU, and Taggd on November 14, 2025, showed India's employability rose to 56.35% from 54.81%. For the first time in five years, women's employability (54%) surpassed men's (51.5%).
