• Vision: "Creative India; Innovative India"
• 7 objectives: IPR awareness, IP generation, legal/legislative framework, administration/management, commercialisation, enforcement, human capital development
• Nodal implementing body: DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade)
• Includes IPR awareness in schools and universities
• Target: Bring India into top 25 of Global Innovation Index
• Gap: Does not address trade secrets legislation (still pending)
