Model Answer Framework
For Scheme Questions (5 marks — 50 words):
Follow this structure consistently:
- Definition/Purpose (1 sentence): What is the scheme's core objective?
- Launch/Status (1 point): When launched or recent change (renamed, expanded)
- Key figures (2–3 data points): Beneficiary count + benefit amount + budget
- Unique feature (1 point): What makes it distinctive?
For Scheme Analysis Questions (10 marks — 150 words):
- Background (2 sentences): Why was the scheme needed? What problem does it solve?
- Features (4–5 points with data): Coverage, benefits, eligibility, administration mechanism
- Progress/Outcomes (2–3 data points): Current beneficiaries, expenditure, key achievements
- Significance (2–3 sentences): What development goal does it advance? Any national recognition?
- Challenges/Limitations (1–2 points): Implementation gaps, pending issues
For Current Affairs Questions (5 marks):
- What + When (1 sentence with date)
- Key data (2–3 figures)
- Significance for Rajasthan (1–2 sentences)
